The Evangelical Covenant Church was formed in the revivals in the State Church of Sweden in the 19th century. The Covenant church was founded by Swedish immigrants in 1885 who were committed to Bible Study, prayer, and working together to share the good news of Jesus Christ.
Today there are over 800 Covenant churches in the United States and Canada. The Covenant Church has a global presence in twenty-six countries. We are committed to the mission of God in the world, helping people grow deeper in discipleship, and becoming a multi-ethnic mosaic of God's kingdom.
